Interview

I went for an interview at SPA, Putrajaya on 9th of June.
The issues asked were:

1. What do I think of the Adorna's case
2. What are the criterias where a Federal Court can review its own decision

Alas, I did not provide good answers to both questions especially when I was asked whether I agree with the Federal Court decision in the Adorna's case.

It is so frustrating because the case of Adorna was an area of interest (mine) when we cover this topic when I am in University and yet, at the spur of moment, not one of the arguments where I had argued fervently with fellow classmates and lecturer at that time, registered with me. For me, it is really unfortunate.

However, I take this opportunity to read back whatever I had learnt and I hope that, if I am posted the same question twice, (although not in the same interview) I will be able to discuss the subject matter at length.

As to the issue of criteria for the Federal Court to review its decision, its answer eludes me. However, I will put in more effort to research for the answer.
